John McGrath

John McGrath has a solid work experience in the aviation industry. John started their career as a Cooperative Education Student at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) in 2006, where they were responsible for daily processing of cash receipts, monthly billing of Supplemental Rent, and collection and recording of customer monthly utilization data. John then worked as an Operations Technical Associate at GECAS from 2009 to 2013, where they calculated annual adjustment of Supplemental Rent rates, monthly billing of Supplemental Rent, and managed a portfolio of GECAS customers. From 2013 to 2020, John served as a Senior Operations Associate at GECAS, managing a portfolio of GECAS customers across Russia, the Middle East, and Africa and providing inputs to business deals and managing the Letter of Credit process. In 2020, they were promoted to AVP Regional Manager Operations, leading a team of four Operations account managers and working with GECAS customers across Russia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Currently, John is working as a Senior Manager Operations at AerCap, where they have lead responsibility for a portfolio of customers in the EMEA region, focusing on contract compliance, administration, and driving efficiencies through IT projects and process improvements.

John McGrath completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Management Strategy from Limerick Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Administration with Management from the University of Limerick from 2005 to 2009.
