Michael McLoughlin

Michael McLoughlin PhD is a seasoned professional in technical finance and analysis, currently serving as Director at AerCap since November 2021, and previously holding the position of VP Technical Data Operations and Technical Pricing at GECAS from September 2011. With extensive experience in deal evaluation, aircraft valuation modeling, and portfolio management, Michael has developed several innovative processes to enhance fleet economics and aircraft lifecycle valuation. Michael's background includes leading cross-functional teams in risk analytics and model governance, and mentoring junior team members. Michael has also held various engineering and project management roles at leading organizations, and holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Engineering from the University of Limerick and several certifications in aircraft management and project management.
