Kaylynn Callister

Kaylynn Callister currently serves as the VP of People at Aerin Medical since April 2023 and also works as a Grief Counselor at Pathways Home Health and Hospice. From June 2020 to June 2023, Kaylynn Callister operated Kaylynn Callister Consulting, LLC as Owner and Principal. Kaylynn's extensive background in human resources includes leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Kaylynn held various positions including Global Head of Human Resources for Robotics and Digital Surgery and multiple HR leadership roles in Janssen companies. Prior experience includes senior HR positions at XTENT, Inc. and Hologic, Inc., as well as an HR assistant role at Stevens-Henager College. Kaylynn Callister holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University.
