Melissa Moreno is the Director of Human Resources at Aerin Medical. Melissa has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Aerin Medical for over 2 years.

Prior to joining Aerin Medical, Melissa was the Director of Human Resources at Anthem, Inc. for 3 years. During their time at Anthem, they were responsible for leading the Human Resources team, and was also a member of the executive leadership team. Melissa was also responsible for collaborating with internal and external clients, and implementing new and innovative tools and technology.

Before their time at Anthem, Melissa was the Director of Human Resources at CalPortland for 2 years. During their time at CalPortland, they increased team communication and interpersonal connectedness, which resulted in a cohesive and trusting work environment. Melissa also successfully facilitated crucial conversations with key people resources to mitigate risk, decrease organizational liability, and control operational costs.

Melissa Moreno is a highly experienced Human Resources professional who has a proven track record of success in leading Human Resources teams and implementing new and innovative tools and technologies.

Melissa Moreno's educational career includes a BS in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, as well as a certification from Caliper in Caliper Essentials Certification. Melissa also has a background in General Education from Pasadena City College.
