Tracey MacChi

Tracey Macchi currently serves as the Executive Business Partner to the CEO at Aerin Medical since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Business Partner to the CEO at Teon Therapeutics Inc. from March 2022 to September 2023 and as Executive Assistant to the CEO and President at Aera Technology between May 2021 and March 2022. Previously, Tracey held positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as Executive Assistant to the President and at Actelion (now Janssen Pulmonary Hypertension) in similar roles. Additional experience includes supporting the VP and Global Head of Biologics Drug Substance Quality at Genentech and various administrative roles at Fleishman-Hillard. Tracey's early career included administrative responsibilities at Professional Golfscape Services and Romano's Macaroni Grill. Education was pursued at California State University-Sacramento from 1999 to 2002.
