Joshua Salazar

Joshua Salazar is an experienced ironworker and solid control specialist with a diverse background in construction and fabrication. Currently employed as an Ironworker at CSM Industrial since August 2023, Joshua also works as a Solid Control Specialist at Aerion since July 2022. Previous roles include Ironworker and Sheet Metal Fabricator at OATES INDUSTRIES, INC. and Commercial Siding & Maintenance, where responsibilities encompassed assembling equipment and working collaboratively in team settings. Prior experience as a Solid Control Technician at Stage 3 Separation and Dynamic Energy Services, LLC, involved managing solids control equipment and monitoring mud properties. Joshua's technical expertise is complemented by a two-year degree in Sheet Metal Technology from the local Union 54 Apprenticeship program.
