Ben Clement

Ben Clement has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ben most recently served as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Aeris Partners starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Ruby, where they held multiple positions including VP of Finance & Strategic Planning from April 2022 to January 2023, Sr. Director of Strategic Finance from April 2021 to March 2022, and Director of Strategic Finance from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Ruby, Ben worked at Piper Jaffray as an Associate in Technology Investment Banking from March 2018 to March 2020 and as an Analyst in the same division from April 2016 to February 2018. Ben began their career at Duff & Phelps as an Analyst in Valuation Services from July 2014 to August 2015 and later became a Senior Associate in the same department from September 2015 to April 2016. Ben also had an internship at Duff & Phelps in Valuation Services from June 2013 to August 2013.
