Thomas Miller has over 18 years of work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Thomas is currently working at Aeris Resources Limited as the Manager - Processing and Maintenance since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Incitec Pivot Limited as the Manager Maintenance - Gibson Island Ammonia Plant from October 2021 to October 2022, and as the Manager Maintenance - Australian Distribution Centres from April 2019 to October 2021. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Design & Change Management at AGSM @ UNSW Business School. Additionally, they participated in the Gateway Leadership Program in DMO at Melbourne Business School. Thomas holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Engineers and a Diploma of Government in Management from the Department of Defence. Thomas also obtained a Certificate IV in Public Safety (Health Safety & Environment) from Health Services International. Lastly, they studied Leadership and the Profession of Arms at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
