Guillermo Casais Sancho

Guillermo Casais Sancho is a highly experienced aerospace professional currently serving as Programmes Manager for Aernnova Aerospace's Aernnova Composites Illescas (ACI) plant since July 2022. With a background in composites manufacturing, Guillermo's expertise includes overseeing the production of structural elementary parts for various aerospace programs such as F10X, A350, and B787, utilizing techniques such as hand lay-up, ATL, and CNC. Previous roles include Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer at Meggitt, where Guillermo focused on radomes for aerospace defense programs, and Composites R&T Process Engineer at ALTEN SPAIN, specializing in process development for the A350 program. Guillermo's career also features positions in quality support, research and development, and lean manufacturing training, underpinned by a Superior Aeronautic Engineer degree from Universidad de Sevilla.
