João Pratas is an experienced engineering and quality professional with a strong background in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Director of Engineering at Aernnova Aerospace since May 2022, João has also held various leadership roles at Embraer from February 2013 to May 2022, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. João's academic credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Instituto Superior Técnico, an Executive MBA from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education, a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the same institution.
