Sean Conley

Sean Conley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Learning and Development Leader at Aero Alliance Products & Services LLC, Sean also holds the position of President and Owner of ConleyGlobal, where innovations in experiential learning are created. Previously, Sean contributed to Baker Hughes as Chief Learning Officer and Learning Transformation Leader, and held multiple leadership roles at NBCUniversal, including Director of Learning & Organization Development. Sean's career began at GE as Director of Learning & Development. An alumnus of Rochville University, Sean earned a BA in Hospitality Management and values lessons from the School of Life.
