John Rodgers

John Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Aero Industries, Inc. Previously, they worked as the Vice President Operations at Steiner eOptics. In 2020, they served as the Director of Process Engineering at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH). From 2018 to 2020, John held multiple roles at Wabash National, including Director of Enterprise Excellence and Director of Operations, Planning and AME. Prior to that, they worked at Hill-Rom, where they held positions such as Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management, Operations Manager, and Director of Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Strategy. John's early career includes roles as Global Lean Manager and Global Lean Leader at GE Healthcare, as well as positions as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Op Ex Leader and Manufacturing Process Engineer.

John Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Marquette University between 1988 and 1991. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business at Cardinal Stritch University, completing it between 1996 and 1998. In addition to their formal education, John obtained additional certifications, which include a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2017, and a DMAIC and Lean Black Belt certification from GE in 2004.
