Keith R. Kans is an experienced leader in program management and aviation, currently serving as the Director of Programs at Aero Simulation, Inc. since March 2022. Additionally, Keith holds the position of President and Instructor at Mission Scuba of Tampa Bay, LLC, since May 2016. Previously, extensive experience at CAE USA from 1995 to 2022 included serving as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing various Air Force and Navy program modifications. Keith's military background includes service as a Staff Officer and Aviator in the US Navy from 1988 to 2011, which included pilot training and fleet readiness training. Academically, Keith earned a Master of Science in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
