Kristen Schultz is the Vice President of Corporate Capture, responsible for working across BlueHalo’s business development team and sectors to maximize wins on major strategic capture opportunities by applying effective processes, tools, and best practices.

Kristen has more than 22 years of business development, capture strategy, and proposal development experience, spanning small businesses, private equity-backed middle-market businesses, and publicly traded large businesses. She has an exceptional track record of competing and winning billions in strategic full and open contracts providing applied engineering, cyber operations, data science, multi-intelligence analysis, and software engineering solutions across the national security community. Her accomplishments include key incumbent take-aways; leveraging existing capabilities to enable geographic and adjacent customer expansion; assessing, building, and optimizing teams and processes; and establishing best practices. Kristen has dedicated her career to mentoring and empowering technical teams in identifying, articulating, and implementing winning capture and proposal strategies built on differentiated technical solutions.
