Shelby Swartz

Shelby Swartz has four years of work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been employed by Aero Systems West, where they have held the roles of sUAS Lead Technician (Shop Manager) and sUAS Technician. In 2019, they were employed by Magnum Aviation as an Aircraft Fueler/ Receptionist, where they ran the day to day operations of the FBO, recorded and provided updates in Flight Schedule Pro, and interacted with pilots and potential pilots. Also in 2019, Shelby worked as a Sales Associate at Lakeshore Learning Materials, providing customers with the necessary information to choose the best product, assisting with kids store craft events, and promoting the text message membership. From 2017 to 2019, they were also employed by Lakeshore Learning Materials as a Sales Associate, working during the busiest time of the year, interacting with many teachers, and helping them acquire what they needed for the upcoming school year.

Shelby Swartz is currently studying for a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General at San Jose State University, which they started in 2017 and is expected to finish in 2022. In October 2019, Shelby obtained a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. In December 2022, they are expected to obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration.
