Jan Cicvarek

Jan Cicvarek currently serves as the Cybersecurity Team Leader at AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a.s., overseeing the cybersecurity department with a focus on infrastructure security, product security, incident response, and disaster recovery, among other responsibilities. Previously, Jan held the position of Cybersecurity Architect at Resideo, concentrating on the long-term security of manufacturing sites and collaborating with backend development teams on threat models. During tenure at Era a.s. as a Cybersecurity Architect/Analyst, Jan ensured the security compliance of both hardware and software products. Additional experience includes consulting for the Department for Forensic Techniques and Analysis under the Police of the Czech Republic and an internship with the Czech Security Information Service. Jan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Informatic Science from Czech Technical University in Prague.
