Brandon Jones has a diverse work experience. Brandon started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Florida State University in 2014, where they performed tasks such as patient check-in, demographic verification, insurance eligibility confirmation, and routing phone calls. In 2017, they transitioned to a Customer Service Team Lead role at Follett, where they were responsible for general retail duties and worked on a project to prevent theft. Brandon also assisted with hiring and training new employees.
In 2019, Brandon joined CoventBridge Group as an Assistant Case Manager, where they gained experience in reviewing case reports, creating schedules for investigators, and overseeing team expenses. During their time at CoventBridge Group, they were promoted to the role of Recruiter, where they sourced applicants, conducted interviews, and followed up with candidates. In 2021, they were promoted to Territory Manager, where they trained new investigators, reviewed case reports, and managed team expenses.
Most recently, Brandon joined AeroBase Group in 2022 as a Sales Manager.
Brandon Jones completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections at the University of North Florida in 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained an Associate's degree from Tallahassee Community College. In addition to their formal education, Brandon also obtained the Florida Private Investigation CC Intern License from the CoventBridge Group in March 2020.
