Ann Dunham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ann began their career at Junior League, where they served as Treasurer from 1996 to 2001. Simultaneously, they were also the Administrative Council Chair at Oakwood United Methodist Church during the same period.

Ann Dunham obtained their Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts with Honors from Sinclair Community College. Ann then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Leadership at the University of Dayton, where they graduated Magna cum Laude in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Inbound Methodology Certification in April 2017 and the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2013.
