Aiskel Aponte

Aiskel Aponte is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with significant experience in recruitment and selection processes. Currently serving as Jefe Sénior de Selección y Contratación at AEROCAV C.A since August 2019, Aiskel leads initiatives focused on talent search, inclusion, development, and retention. Previously, Aiskel held positions at Efiempresa SAS from August 2017 to March 2019 as Jefe de Captación y Selección, providing remote consultancy to companies on minimizing recruitment costs and implementing effective selection methodologies.
