Lauren Zinkl

Lauren Zinkl is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in aerospace applications, currently serving as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Aerodyne Industries LLC since September 2022. In this role, Lauren contributes to the MIST II contract at NASA Goddard, focusing on the Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) for the Primary Structure of the Roman Space Telescope. Responsibilities include designing components for hardware movement, conducting tests, and collaborating with designers and technicians on manufacturing processes. Previously, Lauren held a similar position at ATA Aerospace, LLC, and completed a Thermal Engineering Internship at NASA in 2021. Lauren holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, completed in May 2022 and May 2021, respectively.
