Andreas Sokollek

Andreas Sokollek is currently the COO at AeroFarms. Andreas has previously served as the COO at Schweid & Sons from August 2017 to March 2019 and as the SVP of Supply Chain and Operations at Chobani from October 2013 to March 2015. From January 2004 to February 2012, they were the SVP Operations Snacks North America at Kraft Foods.

Sokollek has extensive experience in leadership positions involving financial budgeting, procurement, supply chain, and operations. Andreas is known for upgrading leadership in all functional leadership positions and for providing leadership to all directors of the company and day to day operation. Some of their key accomplishments include the implementation of a supply chain organization and leadership team, execution of a major procurement initiative, and fundamental improvements in manufacturing efficiency.

Andreas Sokollek studied food technology and processing at the Technical University of Munich.

Andreas Sokollek reports to David Rosenberg, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Guy Blanchard - CFO, Marc Oshima - Chief Marketing Officer & Co-Founder, and Ed Harwood - Chief Science Officer & Co-Founder. and Stacy Kimmel - VP, R&D reports to Andreas Sokollek.
