Tom Cripe

Tom Cripe has been working in the business development field since 1999. Tom started at Procter & Gamble as Director of Global Business Development, and was later promoted to Associate Director of Global Business Development and Associate Director of R&D Fabric & Home Care. In 2018, they began working as a Business Development Consultant for PureCycle Technologies and AeroFlexx. In 2018, they also became Head of Business Development at Innventure, where they were responsible for building relationships with technology-rich Multi-National Corporations and leading the initial Business Development support for the portfolio of Innventure companies. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development Consultant for Accelsius.

Tom Cripe obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from Saint Norbert College between 1977 and 1981. Tom then went on to pursue a M.S. and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Northwestern University, which they completed between 1982 and 1985.
