David Bays

David Bays has over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing in the medical aesthetic space. David currently serves as the Western US Director of Sales for Aerolase. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Venus Concept from 2012-2020, where they were responsible for non-surgical solutions for painless fat reduction, cellulite reduction, stretch mark improvement and skin tightening. David also held the roles of Vice President of International Sales EMEA and Business Development Manager during their time at Venus Concept. From 2009-2012, they were a Founding Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Omni Medical, LLC, a national distributor and consulting firm specializing in the latest capital aesthetic and diagnostic medical technology. From 2002-2009, they were at Syneron, where they held the roles of Vice President of Marketing North America and Senior Sales Manager. As Senior Sales Manager, they sold high end capital aesthetic lasers and RF technologies.

David Bays attended the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Psychology.
