Paul Lewis

Paul Lewis is an experienced NPI Engineer currently working at Aeromet International LTD since March 2018. Previously, Paul served as Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer at Lander Automotive, where responsibilities included customer, supplier, and plant quality oversight, as well as management of welding and measurement technicians. Other roles include Quality Leader at UEES, Quality Engineer at Norgren, and Quality Manager at Nobel Automotive, where Paul contributed to process quality improvement and compliance with various quality standards. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Birmingham and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Tech College. Paul's comprehensive background in quality assurance and engineering spans over four decades, beginning with a technical apprenticeship at Rockwell Maudslay.
