Fernando Rocha

Fernando Rocha serves as the VP of IT and CIO at Aeromexico, overseeing strategic and operational Information Technology functions since March 2021. Prior to this role, Fernando held various senior leadership positions at Digibee Inc., The Hershey Company, Spring Global, Vale, and Unilever, contributing significantly to IT strategy, operations, and management across multiple regions and markets. Key responsibilities have included directing international IT operations, leading IT developments for commercial functions, managing SaaS business P&L, and ensuring alignment of IT capabilities with business strategies. Fernando possesses a Bachelor of Engineering degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and completed a program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019.
