Ximena Sierra

Ximena Sierra is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as TA Staff Manager at Aeromexico since October 2022. Previously, Ximena was the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies México from September 2011 to September 2022, overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition processes and developing recruitment strategies involving job fairs, university partnerships, and referral programs. Prior to that, Ximena worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark from October 2006 to September 2011, focusing on recruitment and selection for office and managerial positions. Ximena holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed additional studies in Human Development at the Universidad de Salamanca and the Instituto Humanista Gestalt.
