Francesca Tassi

Francesca Tassi has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and People Development. Francesca currently holds the position of Head of People Development & DE&I at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., where they are responsible for individual and group development paths, job rotation and enrichment processes, and the design of skills assessment systems. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner within the same company, managing various aspects related to employment, professional development, and recruitment. Before joining Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., Francesca held several positions at different organizations, including Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A., SELEX Communications, RDS - Radio Dimensione Suono, and Studio Staff R.U. Srl. Francesca'sroles within these companies involved responsibilities such as welfare, training, and empowerment management, HR management, development of education and knowledge systems, organizational development, recruitment, and training consultancy. Throughout their career, Francesca has gained valuable experience in various aspects of Human Resources and has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Francesca Tassi obtained a Master's degree in counseling and family mediation from 2016 to 2018. Francesca also completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) from the University of Tor Vergata between 1990 and 1995. Prior to that, they received a classical high school diploma (Diploma di maturità classica) with a specialization in Latin and Greek from Liceo Classico "Terenzio Mamiani" in Rome from 1984 to 1989. In addition, they pursued a Master's in Human Resources Management (Master Meta in gestione delle risorse umane) during 1998 and 1999.
