Imen Zitouni

A graduate of HEC Montréal in business administration, Imen Zitouni has been working at Intact Insurance for more than 10 years in senior management positions as a digital strategist, including Vice President, eCommerce and Vice President, Innovation and Chief Digital Officer. In 2019, she was named Deputy Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, and in 2021 Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer, Intact Lab. Prior to joining Intact Insurance, she worked at Cossette Interactive, a division of the Cossette Group, TD Insurance and AXA Assistance Canada, where she was responsible for online quoting and sales tools deployed across the country. Ms. Zitouni was also awarded the 2018 OCTAS IT Coup de Coeur Award for Best Mobile Application in addition to being named a 2016 Marketing Personality by Québec’s Association du marketing relationnel.
