Jorge Jean-Francois M

Jorge Jean-Francois M has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jorge started their career as a Trainee at AIESEC in 2009. Jorge then worked as a Representative at Crowne Plaza Hotels from 2007 to 2009, where they focused on providing excellent customer service to guests.

In 2010, Jorge joined the Canal de Panamá, where they held multiple roles. Jorge started as an Administrative Assistant in the Dragado Division, where they assisted with operations and logistics. Jorge then became an Assistant in the Office of the General Inspector, where they worked on financial audits and office management. Later, they served as an Agent in the Project Administration Division, handling procurement and project coordination for the navigation and dredging project of the expanded canal.

In 2016, Jorge joined Tocumen International Airport, where they had various responsibilities. Jorge served as the Head of EMS| ASQ | Statistics & Metrics, overseeing the implementation of the Environmental Management System and managing airport service quality and customer experience accreditation. Jorge also handled airport statistics and metrics for multiple airports. Additionally, they worked as a Process Specialist for the Terminal 2 project, coordinating operational tests and implementing sterilization plans.
