Victor Mayorchik

Victor Mayorchik is a seasoned software management professional with extensive experience in leading international software teams and designing software architecture. Currently, as Software Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (Aeroscout), Victor oversees the development of critical applications and tools, following a progression from Software System Architect and Senior Software Engineer at the same company, where responsibilities included system requirements definition, algorithm development, and multi-threading implementation. Additionally, Victor has a background in software development leadership from a position held at the College of Management, coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a focus on Finances and Information Systems from The College of Management Academic Studies.
