Erin Williams

Erin Williams is an accomplished business developer with extensive experience in community engagement and event management across various sectors. Currently serving at the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee since May 2017, Erin is responsible for employer engagement in the northern region of Washington State, focusing on recruiting and retaining industry partnerships. Previous roles include managing membership and events at the Washington Business Alliance, program coordination for vaccine access at PATH, and event coordination for Lumana, among other positions. Erin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, with a minor in Public Relations, from the University of San Francisco.

AJAC | Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships

AJAC launched in 2008 with an investment from Washington State to skill-up the aerospace and advanced manufacturing workforce through registered apprenticeship. AJAC developed and implemented 13 high-growth, in-demand apprenticeship occupations to serve a variety of demographics, industries, and companies across the state. AJAC serves approximately 400 apprentices per year at close to 300 companies, partnering with 12 community colleges to ensure that all apprentices are receiving college credits while working towards a journey-level certificate.
