The opportunity
As HR Manager at Aerospike India, you will be crucial in creating and driving the people strategy for our 30 plus India/ASEAN associates operations. This role involves working closely collaborating with the regional business leaders and Aerospike’s global HR team as well as
working cross functionally to recruit, enhance organizational performance, maintain foster our positive and inclusive workplace culture and values, all and contributing to the company's overall success.


What you'll do
You will be the senior regional HR representative responsible for partnering with Aerospike's the HRD in implementing best practices to support the achievement of departmental, regional and company goals.

Areas include but are not limited to:
Work with local managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters, such as communication, feedback, performance,
training and recognition of their employees.
Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding process for our ASEANIndia based team,
serving as that critical e bridge between talent, and the organization and it’s goals.
Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, coupled with your keen eye for talent and organizational needs, will be instrumental in driving the company's success through effective recruitment and
onboarding practices.
Be responsible for coaching and advising on sensitive performance issues that arise and drive the best solution for the company and employees.

Coordinate regional cCompensation reviews for any recommendations from management regarding adjustments and/or promotional considerations. FormulateMay also work on comp structures which will include career ladders for specific teams.
You will help drive process improvement to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness to support the evolving needs of the business.
Manage and monitor employee training to insure learning and development opportunities for our employees
Understand the overall organization and be able to guide employees to the appropriate resources.

Required Experience/skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Solid understanding/experience with human resources, handling employee relations issues, employment law compliance and investigations, employee development.
- Excellent use of HRIS systems; creating reports and analyzing data.
- Experience with interacting with all levels of the organization.
