Agape brings 20+ years of progressive HR experience with startups and high growth companies. Prior to Aerospike, Agape was Sr. Director of Human Resources at SI-BONE, Inc., where she helped grow the organization and built HR processes and programs from their Pre-IPO stage through their IPO in 2018. Agape is experienced in developing strong business relationships, people strategy, and driving HR initiatives.
