Kim Heard

Kim Heard has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on sales, business development, and consulting. Kim has held various senior roles in government and defense sectors, including Sr. Sales Director, U.S. Public Sector, Sr. DoD & Federal AI/ML Advisor, DoD Army and COCOM Business Development Executive and Capture Manager, and DoD Army and COCOM Client and Capture Executive. Their responsibilities have ranged from marketing and positioning service offerings to leading or supporting capture managers for RFI or RFP responses. Kim has also established numerous teaming relationships with prime and subk contractors. Kim has worked with a variety of companies, including Aerospike, Absolon Inc., Cloud Software Group (CSG), Peraton, Perspecta, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), HP, DSCI, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Kim Heard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama State University from 1985 to 1989. Currently, Kim is pursuing an MS and MBA degree in Cyber Security and Business Administration at the University of Maryland with an expected completion date in 2024.
