Sarah Stephens

Sarah Stephens has over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and People Management across various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Aerotech Group since January 2025, Sarah previously held the same title at CHG from July 2014 to December 2024, contributing to the operations of a well-established Occupational Health SME in South Australia. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at the Australian Red Cross and Mission Australia, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR support across multiple regions. Earlier experience as a People Advisor at GHD involved managing recruitment processes and providing general HR advice. Sarah commenced the HR career as a Human Resource Administrator at the London Fire Brigade after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Business Law from Macquarie University.
