Dave Poling

Dave Poling has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Dave currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Aerotek's East region, where they are responsible for sales, operations, and strategic direction. Prior to their current role, Dave served as IT Account Manager and Sales Manager at Tek Systems and Aerotek, respectively. Dave began their career at Aerotek Engineering as an Environmental Recruiter. Dave has a proven track record of success in building relationships and providing excellent customer service. Dave is a strategic thinker with a passion for helping others succeed.

Dave Poling attended the University of Delaware, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree.
