Emily Garza

Emily Garza is a dedicated professional recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving at Aerotek since 2018 and Aston Carter since September 2017. In addition to recruiting, Emily is the Chapter Chair for the Ducks Unlimited Oshkosh Ladies Committee, leading initiatives to raise donations for environmental causes. Previous roles include Family Service Counselor at Highland Memorial Park and Marketing Representative for Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, complemented by experience in various roles focused on customer service and collaboration.
