Nina Cooke

Nina Cooke is the current HR Director at Megger. Prior to their current role, Cooke held HR positions at Brakes Group and Thales.

At Brakes Group, Cooke served as HRBP and was responsible for implementing the strategy which ensured the organisation maximised its potential through its resources, transformation and change.

Cooke then took on the role of Head of HR / HR Global Lead at Thales. In this role, they were responsible for leading, designing, and supporting multiple projects with varying priorities. Nina also advised the Global VP on HR strategies to support the current and future demands for skills and developing an organisation that was fit for growth in defined five-year workforce plan.

Cooke’s experience in both operational and global HR roles has given their the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their current role as HR Director at Megger.

Nina Cooke has a CIPD in Human Resources from Canterbury Christ Church University, an AMSPAR Diploma in Health Studies from Canterbury College, Kent, and an A Level in Business Studies from Canterbury College, Kent. Nina also has an MCIPD in Human Resources Management and Services from Canterbury Christ Church University. Nina is certified by Thomas International in Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner and by CIPD in Fellow.
