Lacy Preddie-Lara

Lacy Preddie-Lara has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing, currently serving as a Recruiter Practice Lead and Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek since June 2016, and also as an Account Recruiting Manager at Actalent since June 2017. Prior to these roles, Lacy worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek and as an Administrative Assistant at REMAX Real Estate from August 2014 to June 2016. Earlier career experience includes a Sales Representative position at Healthy Image Fitness Products/Next Level Distribution from June 2011 to August 2013, where responsibilities included customer education and order management. Lacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wilson High School.
