Rebecca Anderson

Rebecca Anderson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Aerotek since October 2013. In this role, Rebecca oversees the internal hiring process and leads a team of Internal Recruiters, collaborating closely with Directors to align staffing strategies with organizational needs. Prior to this position, Rebecca worked as an Account Recruiting Manager Lead, where recruitment strategies were developed to identify qualified candidates. Earlier experience includes a Special Events Intern role at the American Diabetes Association and as an Administrative Assistant at Griest, Himes, Herrold, LLP, where responsibilities included managing legal documents and client communications. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
