Mindaugas Gumauskas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mindaugas began their career as the Marketing Director at UAB "Cili holdings", where they successfully built a marketing and branding success story and played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a market leader. During this time, they also served as an advisor to shareholders for global marketing and brand strategies.
After that, Gumauskas joined Modern Times Group MTG AB, where they held several roles. As the Marketing Manager Lithuania, they achieved rapid customer base growth by utilizing creative marketing, sales, pricing, and offering techniques. Mindaugas then became the Head of Marketing Pay-TV Viasat Baltics, leading a team across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and overseeing content and brand promotion campaigns. Lastly, they served as the Commercial Manager Viasat Lithuania, before leaving the company.
Gumauskas then moved on to All Media Baltics, where they took on the role of Head of Sales, Marketing, and CRM Viaplay Baltics. During their tenure, they ensured the growth of the digital product Viaplay, establishing the brand for sustainable growth and achieving the biggest market share among global and local competitors.
Mindaugas later joined AeroTime Hub as the CEO, managing one of the largest job boards in the world and organizing international aviation events. After that, Gumauskas served as the Home3 Country Manager at TV3 Group.
Mindaugas'smost recent role is as the Chief Marketing Officer at City Service, where they developed and launched the international multi-vendor digital self-service platform, BonoDomo.
Currently, Gumauskas holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at AeroTime, overseeing the company's operations.
From 2004 to 2008, Mindaugas Gumauskas attended Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies.
