Pauline Wells

Pauline Wells has over 20 years of experience in HR roles. Pauline began their career at Virgin Atlantic, where they joined as a Training and Development Manager and later became the General Manager of HR. During their time at Virgin Atlantic, they played a key role in the company's rapid expansion. Pauline then worked at Merlin Entertainments as an HR Director, where they managed HR services during a period of organic growth and mergers/acquisitions. After that, Pauline joined Penna Consulting as an HR Director and provided a full range of HR services during a period of acquisitions and divestment. Their most recent role was at SSL Endeavour, where they served as the HR Lead and successfully delivered various HR initiatives. Currently, they are employed at Aerotron Limited as the Human Resources Lead.

Pauline Wells has a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD) degree from CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, they have certifications in Executive Coaching from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching and in Myers Briggs Type Indicator from The Myers-Briggs Company.
