Christopher Pearce began their career in 2005 when they joined the US Navy as a UAS Department Manager and Recruiting Program Manager for Special Reconnaissance Team Two. In this role, they were responsible for developing and conducting the NSW UAS recruiting program, as well as planning and coordinating the workflow of staff and subordinates related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. Christopher then became a Fleet NATOPS Evaluator for Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two, where they evaluated 17 fleet squadrons for flight safety, crew resource management (CRM), and NATOPS compliance, as well as trained, coached, and qualified 20+ squadron NATOPS instructors and a CRM facilitator. Christopher also authored two NATOPS training instructions. After this, they were Department Manager and Program Manager for Operational MEDEVAC Aircrewman for HSC Two One, where they managed NATOPS, Search & Rescue, Command Fitness, Air Warfare, and community involvement programs. Finally, they served as a Team Leader and Instructor for the Naval Aviation Schools Command / Rescue Swimmer School, directing a 15-member team in the oversight of a demanding 200-hour Naval primary student high-risk training and qualification program / curricula for all Navy / Marine Corps-enlisted aviation rescue swimmer candidates. Christopher was also recognized as a Master Training Specialist, and authored comprehensive curriculum and training documents. In 2021, Christopher Pearce joined Aerovel as a Program Manager.

Christopher Pearce completed a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University between 2015 and 2020. Christopher also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from Syracuse University in 2020. In addition, they graduated from USCG Advanced Rescue Swimmer School. Christopher also holds certifications such as Aerial Gunnery Instructor, Crew Resource Management Instructor, FAA Part 107 License, Instructor Evaluator, Journeyman Instructor, Master Training Specialist, Search & Rescue Instructor, and Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
