Allan Matthew

Allan Matthew is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Product Line Chief Engineer for the MUAS division at AeroVironment since August 2022, Allan has previously held significant roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Director of Research and Development at Planck Aerosystems, and various engineering positions at 3D Robotics, SEAComp, Energy Innovations, Sector 7G Systems, L-3 Communications, and Tethers Unlimited. Allan's expertise encompasses software development for complex systems, integration of advanced technologies in drones, and robust control systems. Allan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington.
