Aracely Montelongo

Aracely M. is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and system analysis. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at AeroVironment since October 2015, Aracely previously worked as a Technical Support Analyst at ACI Worldwide from September 2008 to June 2015, addressing product installations and database upgrades. Prior to that, Aracely was a System Analyst and Executive Support/System Analyst at Indymac Bank, providing support to top executives and facilitating company presentations. Aracely began the career as a Technical Support Analyst at Art Center College of Design, offering desktop and network support in a MAC/PC environment. Aracely holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Networking and Communication Management from DeVry University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
