James Dearborn

James Dearborn is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in corporate recruiting and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at AeroVironment since March 2022, James holds multiple leadership roles within the company, focusing on innovative solutions for military and commercial clients. Prior to AeroVironment, James held the position of Sr. Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc., and managed corporate recruiting at ASGN Incorporated, overseeing a team focused on various sectors including technology and healthcare. James began the recruiting career as a Recruiting Intern at FlemingMartin, LLC, contributing to executive-level placements. An alumnus of Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, James also pursued education at Northern Arizona University.
