Lewis “Lew” Marsh

Lewis “Lew” Marsh serves on the Board of Directors for the Uncrewed Warrior Foundation, providing support to active-duty personnel, families, and veterans of the U.S. Marsh holds the position of Senior Manager of Strategic Business Planning and previously as Business Development Manager at AeroVironment, where contributions include fostering collaborations and pursuing new business opportunities. As a business owner of Lew-Haul, Marsh oversees demolition and hauling services in the San Diego area. With extensive military experience, Marsh served as Director and Course Manager at the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Command and as Department Director at Naval Special Warfare - Support Activity ONE, focusing on Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Marsh is also an alumnus of The Honor Foundation and has experience as a SERE Instructor in the U.S. Navy, emphasizing talent development and mentorship. Current education includes a Master of Business for Veterans from USC Marshall School of Business, following a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
