Natalie Marthaler

Natalie Marthaler, EMBA, CAPM, currently serves as a Program Manager at AeroVironment since September 2019, where responsibilities encompass program execution, management of the program life cycle, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Previously, Natalie held roles at General Motors from 2015 to 2019, including Tire-Wheel Systems Design Release Engineer and Transmission Safety V&V Engineer, where achievements included managing collaborative design efforts and leading validation activities for transmission systems. Earlier experience includes an internship at John Deere focused on powertrain product development. Natalie earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Purdue University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution (2011-2015), along with graduating as valedictorian from Lowell Senior High School (2007-2011).
