Sean Butler

Sean Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at AeroVironment since May 2016, Sean has held multiple leadership roles including Sr Manager and New Product Introduction Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Crane Aerospace & Electronics and TE Connectivity, where Sean specialized in manufacturing processes and engineering. Sean began a solid foundation in mechanical engineering with a B.S. from the University of California, Merced, complemented by an international academic experience at Universitat de Barcelona. Early career experiences also include internships focused on sustainability and engineering methodologies.
