Steffen Mersch

Steffen Mersch is currently working as an Innovation Manager at AERQ since June 2021. Prior to this role, Steffen held positions as an Electronics Engineer Regulation & Standardization at Lufthansa Technik from October 2016 to May 2021, where Steffen also worked as a Graduate Management Trainee. Steffen has a background in Electrical Engineering, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Hamburg University of Technology, and has gained extensive experience through various internships and research projects at companies such as Airbus Group, Vattenfall, and Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy & Energy System Technology.
